Annie was born in 1881.[citation needed] Annie married George Ackroyed in 1902 in Rotherham, Yorkshire.[1]

In 1911 George and Annie lived with their two children at 14 St John Road, Eastwood View, Rotherham, Yorkshire. George was still working as a coal miner.[2]

She was widowed when George was drowned on 6 June 1913 in the Carr House Colliery Flood, Rotherham. [3]

What happened to Annie after George's death is not known. The date of her death is not known.
