Edward Miller prefered a Certificate to this Court under the hand of William Buckner Gent for takeing up a runaway servant belonging to Charles Chiswell of this County & the sd Miller haveing made Oath that he has received no Satisfaccon thereof It is ordered to be Certifyed to the assembly for allowance

Since Edward-III Miller is not noted on any other documents in Isle of Wight Co., VA after Feb, 1741 (when he would have likely been in his early 50's; I would assume he resided in Isle of Wight County all his life (no record of any wife/children; but records of course are limited).
