While my dad was active in WW II (1944-1946) we lived in the Jamaica Projects and took advantage of the returning vets program to buy and move to Levittown, New York.
I graduated from Island Trees High in 1960 and joined the Navy for a four year stint. There I picked up my training as an Electronics Technician which led to my careers after discharge from the Navy in 1966.
After 15 years in the electronics field, I signed on with DeVry University for a 25 year period as a classroom instructor. This was followed by a part time instructor in Microsoft Office programs online class for another 14 years. Currently I am full time retired and enjoying it.
