Biography

Barnett was born in 1814. He passed away in 1891. He was married twice: 1) Margaret Bulger, in 1839 2) Sarah Preston Feulass in 1849.

1) When Margaret Bulger was born in 1820 in Ohio, her father, Michael Bulger, was 37, and her mother, Rachel Brown, was 27. She married Barnet Miller on August 22, 1839, in Tuscarawas, Ohio. They had two children during their marriage: Joanna, b 1841, and Mary Ann, b 1843.

Margaret died as a young mother in 1848.

2) Sarah was born about 1813 to David Preston and Anna Lee Preston.

She married George Feulass in Ohio on 30 Sep 1841. She may have had a daughter with George circa 1844; 1860 census lists family member Lydia Fewless, age 16.

She married Barnet Miller in Lucas County, Ohio on 16 Aug 1849, after his first wife died. She remained married to Barnet through the rest of their lives.
