Biography
Debbie Lynn Blanchard, 50, Ironwood Dr., Elkhart, died 6:34 p.m. Wed. Aug. 31, 2011 at the Center for Hospice Care, Elkhart. She was born Nov. 3, 1960 in Elkhart to Willard R. & Sharon K. (Shank) Miller Naum. She married Jerry Blanchard on Sept. 21, 1995 in Elkhart.
Surviving are her husband, Jerry, children, Jason McKrill, Elkhart, Krystal Cripe, Elkhart, Cheyenne Blanchard, Warsaw, mother, Sharon K. (Robert) Miller Naum, Elkhart, brother, Timothy "Tim" A. (Janet) Miller, Union, Mich., and grandson, Will McKrill. She was preceded in death by her father, Willard R. Miller.
Debbie worked as an office manager at Fireside for 25 years. She was a member of Granger Community Church, loved horses, water skiing, hiking and playing tennis.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Mon. Sept. 5, 2011 at the First Baptist Church, 53953 CR 17, Bristol, where the service will be at 11 a.m. Tues. Sept. 6, 2011. Pastor Dr. Bob Laurent & Pastor Mark Waltz will officiate. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Center for Hospice, 22579 Old U.S. 20 East, Elkhart, Ind. 46516.
Arrangements are being handled by Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen.

Debbie, I remember you from church. Your family would sit behind mine. I am related to lots of Amish Miller's from Elkhart County on my mom's side and I wonder if we are related. I know we are sisters-in-Christ. Enjoy eternity with Jesus and your parents.
