Biography

Clarence was born in 1905. He is the son of Israel Miller and Kate Garrett. In 1910 Clarence was living with his mother and siblings in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. ^[1] In about 1925 he married Frances Rebecca Espenshade. The 1940 and 1950 census information shows him living in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and children. ^[2][3] He was an aircraft mechanic and worked for an automobile company. Clarence away in 1981. ^[4] He is mentioned in his wife's death notice in 2003.^[5]
