Miller-60394 and Miller-51433 appear to represent the same person because: I have proposed a merge of Patrick Miller into Patrick Miller which needs to complete before the merging of his children; Robert, Mary, and John (proposing this one so it's available to you). The birth years of these 3 children of Patrick Miller were only calculated by me from their sworn affidavits in the Revolution pension file. Mary has 2 records to support her married name of Benson, being her father's will and the 1850 census, It appears her affidavit was signed by her mark so I see no issue with omitting the "t" in how I profiled her as Benston from that record.
