Darius was born in or after late 1860 as he does not appear on the 1860 census with his parents. He is the son of David J. Miller and Ellen Avery. [1] Darius married Daisy Kitteringhame. In 1910 they are enumerated on the federal census in Westchester County, New York. [2]
