Thomas Miller was born about 1692. He was the son of Edward Miller (1655-1715) and Mary Spragon (1656-1737). Thomas was a paviour in Norwich, Norfolk, England.

He married Elizabeth Bacon Miller in 1728, Norwich, Norfolk, England. ^[1][2]
