Julius was born about 1801 in Green County, Kentucky. He was the son of Julius Millican SR and Catherine Hart.
Julius was often in trouble with the law in Anderson County, Tennessee where he grew up. About 1820 he married Malinda Scarbough [supposed] and had many children.
Between 1830 and 1840 he migrated to Blount County, Tennessee. His widowed mother Catherine also moved with him to Blount.
Julius passed away after 1840 in Blount County, Tennessee. [1]
