Dates and places taken from FamilySearch Person: LL3M-BP8 to add matching etc, but I don't know US records well so haven't been able to assess the sources. It also uses the name "Milliken" and am unsure if this is a varient or the correct one.

Milliken-1091 and Milligan-32 appear to represent the same person because: Hi, I came across Milligan-32 when looking to his (second?) wife's son's wife - ie a bit tangiential to me, but in searching on FamilySearch it looked like both Milligen and Milligan are used in records. I can see you are a Milliken so thought you might be in a position to resolve. Many thanks. Natasha
