Biography

Kate was born in 1888. She is the daughter of Veniah Milligan and Caroline Stanlake. [1]

One of the first woman to graduate with an accounting degree. Member of the eastern star.

Milligan-874 and Milligan-803 appear to represent the same person because: Same name and date of birth. Kate's father was Vaniah, and she named a son Vaniah, an unusual name.
