Biography

Joseph was born in Tipton Staffordshire about 1828. He was the son of Enoch Mills and Mary Round.

In 1851, Joseph is 24 and living at Upper Green, Tipton with wife Elizabeth, 23. Joseph is a horse nail maker.

By 1861 Joseph is working as a Rail Factor. He and Elizabeth were living with sons William and Daniel and a general servant.

Joseph passed away in Tipton in 1865.
