Biography
Kathleen E Mills was born in 1912 in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. She was the only daughter (with eight brothers!) of William Mills and Margaret Lutherborrow. [1] Her mother died in 1922.
Kathleen married Richard Decent in 1932 in Sydney, New South Wales. [2]
