Biography
She was the daughter of Edward Wheler Mills and Frances Ann Wingfield. She married Col. Rt. Hon. Edward Henry Cooper, son of Richard Wordsworth Cooper and Hon. Emilia Elinor de Montmorency, in August 1858. They had 6 children.
