Randolph Mills was born on 1 Dec 1841 in Advocate Harbour, Cumberland, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Randolph married Alma Jeanette Livingston (born in Advocate Harbour on 27 Feb 1857; died in Advocate Harbour on 3 Feb 1909). Their daughter was Margaret Gretta (Mills) Morris (1887 - 1977).
Randolph died in 1904 in Advocate Harbour aged ~62. He is buried in Advocate Cemetery, Advocate Harbour.[1]
