Biography

James was born in 1735. He arrived in America about 1749 (about age 14 ) with his parents: John Mills (1702-1765 ) and Jane Collins (1706-1762 ). They landed along the coast of North Carolina near the Albemarle Sound. He passed away in 1824. [1]
