Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. She was born August 4, 1932, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late "Hez" and Goldie Lusher Mills. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Dolly Mae Mills and a brother, Calvin Mills.
