Johnnye Fawn Millsaps was born on September 15, 1919, in Loudon, Tennessee to William Millsaps & Miruriel Williams. She married Alexander James Kennedy on July 14, 1949, in Knoxville, Tennessee. She died on July 17, 2006, in Vonore, Tennessee, at the age of 86, and was buried there.
