John was born in 1915. He was the son of Edward Millward.

He was living with his parents and siblings at Camp Hughes, Manitoba, Canada in 1916^[1]

He was living with his mother in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, United States and he was working as a salesman in 1940^[2]
