Biography

7th Baronet of Levaton-in-Woodland, Devon.

He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1917. He served in the First World War and he was Controller of Gun Ammunition, Ministry of Munitions and Director of Ministry of Supply during the Second World War.

Married Margaret Christine Whitehouse in November 21, 1942.
