Simeon (21) married Elizabeth M. Cauthen (26) (born on May 4, 1818 in Lancaster Co., South Carolina, USA; daughter of Thomas Harvey Cauthen and Rebecca Williamson) on November 20, 1844 in Pike Co., GA by Rev. Wright. Their son was Benjamin Jordan Milner (1859–1916).
