Biography
Born 1746 Kilham
Richard Milner, son of John Milner and his wife, Ann Lamplugh, was baptised at Kilham in Yorkshire on 21 June 1746. [1]
Marriage 1787 Bridlington
He was a farmer and on 26 December 1787 he married in Bridlington, Mary Crowe, daughter of Robert Crowe and his wife, Mary Vickerman. [2]
Death 1824 Bridlington
Richard died 3 July 1824 in Bridlington and was buried at Kilham All Saints on 7 July. [3]
"Sacred to the memory of Richard Milner farmer of this place who died July 3rd 1824 aged 78 years And of Mary Milner his wife who died February 11th 1842 aged 87 years Also of Richard Milner their eldest son who died February 15th 1843 aged 51 years And a daughter who died in her infancy Also of Jane Milner wife of Richard Milner Junr who died September 29th 1835 aged 37 years."
