Irene Olive Milner was born on 18 September 1920 in Warragul, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Margaret Jane (Williams) Milner and George Milner.^[1]

Irene died on 13 April 1921 in Sale, Victoria, aged 7 months.^[2][3] Her remains were buried at Mirboo North Cemetery in Mirboo North, Victoria.^{[citation needed]}
