Georgia Milstead was born in 1894 in Hardeman, Tennessee, United States, daughter of George Benjamin Milstead (1860 - 1935) and Cora Bell (Lockman) Milstead (1866 - 1953).

In the 1900 census George (age 6) was the son of George Millstead in Civil District 13, Hardeman, Tennessee.[1]
