Daphne Yvette Milton was born on 29th April 1918 at Bedford, Bedfordshire, England. She was a daughter of Ralph Milton and Amanda Nicholas.[1]
She married British Army officer, Geoffrey Lance, about 1943. He was killed in action in France in July 1944. Daughter, Amanda, was born after Geoffrey's death, late in 1944.[2]
She passed away on 12th August 2003 at Kerikeri, Auckland, New Zealand.[3]
