Biography

When Manasseh Minear was born on November 30, 1788, his father, David Minear, was 33 and his mother, Catherine SAYLOR Minear, was 16.

He married Lydia HOLBERT in 1806 and they had nine children together. His wife Lydia passed away in 1832 in Randolph, West Virginia, at the age of 48. They had been married 26 years.

He then married Sarah H MIDDLETON on 11 Dec 1838 in Elkhart, Indiana and they had three children together. He died on 11 Jan 1852 in Elkhart, Indiana, at the age of 63, and was buried there.

He passed away in 1852.
