This Hannah Miner (Minor), born at or near Stonington, Connecticut 20 Apr 1671, was the fourth child of Hannah (Avery) & Ephraim Miner.
She married 6 Jan 1691/92 in Stonington, Connecticut, Samuel Frink. They had at least 9 children during the timespan through about 1708, all born at or near Stonington.
Hannah (Miner) Frink died about 1710 at Stonington, Connecticut.
Rumor has it that she had another child named William that was born in 1711, so she had to be alive at least that long. T Counce is in the process of trying to verify this information.
UPDATE: Allegedly the information needed is in the Frink Family Book. This book is usually extremely hard to find (T has been looking for it for the last 4 years. Finally found it and it will be in hand, estimated Aug 3. That book is NOT cheap either.)
Some Ancestry tree's believe that the Hannah Minor, wid. listed in the Barbour Collection is also this Hannah, however, no proof has been found (and T Counce questions the validity of this as it was not typical for spouse to revert to their maiden name at the death of their spouse).

Might we agree to remove the "rumor" items from this profile? Without proof, it might be unseemly to retain verbiage that cannot be sustained. Also, the premise that another user is trying to pursue leads may be all well and good, however it is perhaps inappropriate to retain those statements in the biography of this profile. Thanks for your management and shepherding of profiles for our mutual family members.
Not in agreement. I just (5 min ago) spent $170 dollars for the extensive research done by Ms Humphries on a very difficult to find book. I should have it hopefully by Aug 3rd. Guess I'm going to end up being the go to for anything in the Frink Family Book, so no one else seems to want to respond to my queries from that book anymore. Ugh.
If it turns out that the information is not in the book, then I will remove it. I should hopefully be able to also clear up the issue about Samuel marrying Dorothy Stanton, and whether it is she or Hannah who is actually Williams father. Lack of birth records in Stonington for the children leads me to believe that we are looking in the wrong place and therefore asking the wrong questions. Time will tell. Patience is a virtue.
