Turner was born in 1764. He was the son of Turner Miner and Rebecca Moore.
He was married twice;
- 1st. 1788 Mary Spencer d.1825, w/chn.
- 2nd. 1829 Catherine Seymour, 1785-1865
He passed away in 1840.
