Biography
Wesley was born on october 10, 1903 in Texas and a son of Rufus Mitchell and Sarah Dieterich. Wesley married Ivena Mooring on December 22, 1930. He passed away on June 17, 1993 and buried in the rochelle Cemetery ( Plot: L-14.) in Rochelle, McCulloch County, Texas. [1]
