Axham (name spelled Axum on FAG memorial and Axom in various family trees) was born in 1848. He was the son of Joseph Grancer Mitchell, Jr.Mitchell-15290 and Nancy Owens. Names of parents listed on death certificate are incorrect. He is buried in Mitchell Family Cemetery, Bibb County, Alabama.
