Joseph Harper James Mitchell, ^[1] son of Robert Clements Michell and Agnes Elizabeth Bond, ^{[2] [3]} was born on 16 April 1883 in Islington, Middlesex. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]} He married Ada Louise Taylor on 27 March 1910 at Christ Church, Hoxton, Middlesex. ^{[6] [7]} He died from Coronary Thrombosis and Bronchiectasis on 19 January 1953 in St Mary Abbots Hospital, Kensington, London. ^{[8] [9]}
