Birth
Harlan was born in 1835. He was the son of Thomas Mitchell and Sarah Greenfield.
Marriages and Children
Harlan was first married to Anna Chandler. Their home was in Delaware, USA, and they had three children:
- Sarah G., b.1856, d.1864
- Harvey C., b.1865, d.1881
- Ella N, b.1869, married George Fredd
His second marriage, in 1891, was to Libbie Scafford. They lived in Wilminton, Delaware. There were no children.
Death
He passed away about 1910.
