Biography

Frédéric Mius was born in 1787.
He was the son of Louis Mius and Anne Corporon.
He married Anne Moulaison, the daughter of Joseph Moulaison and Osithe Doucet, on January 31, 1815 at Ste. Anne's in Eel Brook, Nova Scotia.[1]

The couple had at least 11 chi;dren:

1. Louis Mande born November 19, 1815[2]
2. Sylvain Mius born November 10, 1817[3]
3. Catherine born circa 1820
4: Francois born circa 1822[4] 5. Agnes Leonise born January 22, 1926[5]
6. Anne born July 26, 1828[6]
7. Delphine born June 25, 1831[7]
8. Frederic born April 20, 1834[8]
9. Julienne born January 6, 1838[9]
10. Eulalie born April 23, 1840[10]
11. Sylvie born April 1845[11]

He died on April 13, 1886 and was buried at Sainte-Anne Parish Cemetery on April 15, 1886. He was listed as 98 years old at the date of his death.[12]
