Adeline Matilda was born on 6 December 1859 in Parramatta, New South Wales. She was the daughter of Isaac Mobbs Jr and Ann (Bellamy) Mobbs.^[1]

When Adeline Matilda was about 18 she married in 1878 in Paterson, New South Wales.^[2]

Adeline Matilda died at the age of about 84 in 1944 in Ryde, New South Wales.^[3]
