Mary "Polly" Moberly was the daughter of Edward Moberly and his wife Susannah. She was born about 1734, most likely in Prince George's County, Maryland, where her parents were living at the time.
"Polly" married Thomas Halsell (Halsey) Thomas was in Lunenburg County, Virginia in 1752 and in what is now Fairfield County, South Carolina in 1786, but was not lister there in the 1790 Census.
"Polly" died sometime between April 1792 and 1794. in South Carolina.
