The undersigned Elizabeth Moeller makes application for the appointment of an administrative of the estate of John J. Moeller late a resident of the Township of Marion in the said county about the 17th day of July A.D. 1892, leaving Elizabeth Moeller widow, whose P.O. address is Columbus, Ohio and the following persons next of kin:
That all of the above named children of said decedent under 15 years of age at the time of his decease.
The amount of personal property will be about $600
And the real estate about $3500
Total $4100
The State of Ohio, Franklin County:
Elizabeth Moeller being duly sworn, says of the statements contained in the foregoing application are true as he verily believes.

The undersigned makes application for the appointment of appraisers of the estate and the effects of John J. Moeller deceased, and suggest the names of Jacob Zuipher, Adam Fredrick, and Henry Reeb as suitable disinterested persons for such appraisers. Filed August 9, 1892. Signed Elizabeth Moeller.
Are bound onto the State of Ohio in the penal sum of $3000, to the payment of which we hereby jointly and severally obligate ourselves.
Witness our hands and seals, this ninth day of August A.D. 1892
The Condition of the Above publication is Such, that whereas the above bound Elizabeth Moeller has this day being appointed by the Probate Court of Franklin County, in the state of Ohio, Administratrix of the estate of John J. Moeller late of Franklin County, Ohio,deceased.
Now if the said Elizabeth Moeller First, shall make and return to the Court, on oath, within three months, a true inventory of all moneys, goods, chattels, Rights, and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to her possession or knowledge; and also, if required by the court, an inventory of the real estate of said deceased: Secondly, shall administer, according to law, all the moneys, goods, chattels, Rights and credits of said deceased; and the proceeds of all his real estate, that may be sold for the payment of his debts, which shall at any time come to the possession of said administratrix or to the possession of any other person for him: thirdly, shall render, upon oath, a true account of her administration, within 18 months, and at other times when required by the Court or the law; and failing to do so, for 30 days after she shall have been notified of the expiration of the time by the probate judge, she shall receive no allowance for services, unless the court shall enter upon its journal that such delay was necessary and reasonable: Fourthly, shall pay any balance remaining in her hands, upon the settlement of her accounts, to such persons as the Court or the law shall direct: and Fifthly, shall deliver the letters of administration into Court, in case any will of the deceased shall be thereafter duly proved and allowed, then this obligation to be void; otherwise, in full force and virtue in law.
