These are Welsh names... VERY Welsh names! As these people now appear in my ancestors list, and I live in West Wales (near Lampeter), I'd like to be able to continue some of this research, maybe update the locations to Wales in general. Ta!

ODNB says Margred who married John Cradock & was mother of Richard Newton was daughter of Owain Moethe:

"Newton, Sir Richard (d. 1448), justice, was the son of John Cradock of Newtown in Montgomeryshire and his wife, Margaret, daughter of Sir Owen Moythe of Castle Odwyn and Fountain Gate. It is not known when he was born. Trained as a lawyer at the ..."

Bartrum shows her father as Hywel.
