Thomas was the third child of Jeremiah and Margaret Nolan Moher.[1]
He married Daphne Sibley when he was 26 years old.[2]
He may have immigrated to the the United States shortly after his marriage.[3]
In 1930, he was living in North Tonawanda, New York, with his wife and three children, all of whom were born in New York.[4]He was still in North Tonawanda in 1940, working for a plastics manufacturer.[5]
