Biography

Marianne was born on 19 Jun 1861 and Baptized on 21 Jun 1861 in Belle River, Essex, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of Isidore Moison and Mathilde Knappe.[1] She married Joseph Labute, son of Alexandre Labute and Sophie Perrault, in Belle River on 25 Jan 1881.[2][3] Marie was only 35 years old when she died on 14 Dec 1896 in Tecumseh.[4]

After her marriage to Joseph in January 1881, the young couple was residing in Tecumseh, Essex.[6] They started their family the following year and had five sons and two daughters during their sixteen years of marriage.
