MRS. BRIDGET HAYES

Mrs. Bridget Hayes, wife Mr. Mr; John Hayes. of Woodleigh, passed peacefully away on December 9th. She was born in Geelong in 1857, and afterwards her parents removed to Gordon. She was married to Mr. Hayes 34 years ago, and they then settled on their farm at Woodleigh. Deceased was beloved and esteemed by relatives and friends on account of her happy disposition, combined with a nature that was charitable to a degree. The deceased leaves behind to mourn their loss Mr. John Hayes (husband), Edward, Roderick, and Patrick (sons), and Nellie (daughter). Mary, her youngest daughter, only died last January, and Mrs. Hayes never fuily recovered from the shock she received at that time. The family has received many letters of condolence and sympathy from friends in various parts of the State. R.I.P.
