Biography
Cicely was the daughter of Ralph de Albominster. He was said to be of Bynnamy Castle near Stratton. The Pedigree of Speccot of North Devon notes that her mother was probably Eleanor, daughter of Sir Mauger de St Albyn. [1]
She married Edmund Speccott, son of Richard Speccott and his wife, Matilda Bellasta.[2][3]
