Obituary
CHARLES MONK
Following a brief sickness, Charles Monk, 62 years old, died in his home, 3531 Dupont Street, Friday night. He had been a resident of Sioux City two years.
For many years, Mr. Monk operated a farm several miles east of Leeds. He was born in Indiana, March 16, 1869. Besides his widow, Mr. Monk is survived by four sons, Simeon, of Oto, Ia; Henry, of Laurel, Neb., and Clifford and Earl, of Sioux City, and four daughters, Mrs. Bessie Efner, of Pierson, Neb.; Mrs. Tressie Jonas, Mrs. Flossie Von Drake and Miss Inez Monk, all of Sioux City.
The Westcott undertaking company will have charge of funeral arrangements.[2]
