Biography

Michael was born in Austria-Hungary, in that part later set off as Czechoslovakia, 10 Nov 1889 [1] or 22 Nov 1889, [2] parents not identified; died at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, 23 Aug 1968. [1] [3]

He married, probably at Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, about 1914, Maria "Mary" Rizsak, and they had the following children: [4] [5] [6]

Michael Monsulick, Willow Lake, Pottsville RD3, died Friday at 5:40 p.m. in the Good Samaritan Hospital where he was admitted August 8.

Born in Czechoslovakia, he came to America as a young man and settled in the St. Clair area. He had been employed at the St. Clair Coal Co. but had been farming since 1932.

His wife, Marie, died 12 years ago.
