Biography
John Montagu RN is Notable.
John Montagu, son of James Montagu and his wife, Elizabeth Eyles, was baptised at Lacock in Wiltshire on the 12th of November 1719. [1]
He married Sophia Wroughton, daughter of James Wroughton, on the 11th of December 1748. [2]
He retired to Fareham in Hampshire where he died in August 1795. [3]
