Biography

George Montboucher or Monbocher^[1] was the son of Sir Bartram Monbocher, Knt. and Joane dau. and sole heire of Sir Richard Charrons, Knt. Born 1317. Died 1349.

Sir George Monbocher Knight married Margerett daughter of Thomas Chaucer by the heire of Thomas Matirsey^[1] George is descended through his mother from the Kings of France and England and from the Counts of Normandy, Flanders, and Anjou.
