Biography

Died at his home following a long illness. Born in Wethersfield on January 23, 1866 and was the son of John W. and Anna Crawford Montgomery. On August 19, 1896 he and Miss Bessie Rector were married and she survives him together with 2 sons, James R., and Maurice W. Montgomery, 4 grandchildren and 1 brother, Edward T. Montgomery all of Warsaw. Member of Presbyterian church. Been in the retail coal and feed business since 1899. Lived in Warsaw since he was about a year old.
