THOMAS TICHBORNE MONTGOMERY (Montgomery-8923)

BIRTH. Abt. 1814, Ireland

(Aug 1841). PERSONAL. Colonial Secretary's Office, Perth August 17, 1841. HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Thomas Tichborne Montgomery, Esquire, to be a Magistrate of the Territory. By His Excellency's command, PETER BROWN.

IMMIGRATION In 1839 he immigrated from Beaulieu Ireland to the SWan River Colony. In November 1845 he published a notice of his intention to leave the colony. On 18/1/1846 they left the colony on the Unicorn and returned to Ireland via London. In 1849 they immigrated to New York and then went on to Ontario Canada.
