Biography
THOMAS TICHBORNE MONTGOMERY (Montgomery-8923)
PARENTS. Rev Alexander Montgomery & Margaret (Johnston) Montgomery
BIRTH. Abt. 1814, Ireland
(Aug 1841). PERSONAL. Colonial Secretary's Office, Perth August 17, 1841. HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Thomas Tichborne Montgomery, Esquire, to be a Magistrate of the Territory. By His Excellency's command, PETER BROWN.
IMMIGRATION
In 1839 he immigrated from Beaulieu Ireland to the SWan River Colony.
In November 1845 he published a notice of his intention to leave the colony. On 18/1/1846 they left the colony on the Unicorn and returned to Ireland via London.
In 1849 they immigrated to New York and then went on to Ontario Canada.

MARRIAGE NOTICE. Married.— On the 10th instant, at Pinjarra, by the Rev G. King, Thomas T. Montgomery, Esq., second son of the Rev. A. J. Montgomery, of Beaulieu, County Louth, Ireland, to Louisa Powel, only daughter of Adam Armstrong, Esq., of Ravenswood, Murray.
