Colin Roger Montgomery was born in 1901 in Hobart, Tasmania (Australia). He was the fifth son of Bishop Henry Montgomery and Maud Farrar. [1] The family returned to England soon afterwards, settling in Chiswick. [2]
He passed away in 1958 in Vryburg, Cape Province, South Africa. [3]
