Biography

John was born 26 Nov 1822. He was the son of Alexander Montgomery and Flora MacNiven.[1] He married Jane Metton 3 Dec 1866 in Ontario, Canada.[2] In the 1871 census John (age 44), Farmer, lived un Mara, Ontario North, Ontario. His widowed mother Flora Montgomery was living with him.[3]
